Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Te Runanga o Ati Awa ki Whakarongotai Incorporated will be held at the Whakarongotai Marae, Marae Lane, Waikanae, at 2 pm on Sunday, 28 March, 2010. Business will include the election of officers, the adoption of an annual report and financial accounts for the year ending 31 March 2009.

Nominations for the positions of Chairman, Deputy-Chairman, up to three members of an Executive Committee, Secretary and Treasurer must be nominated and seconded in writing by a registered voting member of the Runanga and received at least seven working days before the election. Members may request to exercise their vote by post and such requests must be received in writing not less than five working days before the election. If insufficient nominations are received for any position further nominations may be called for from the floor of the meeting.
